New Variant, Nokia 2 Have Bigger Memory Capacity

HMD global has launched the Nokia 2 as a smartphone with the lowest specification as well as the cheapest launched by HMD global as the licensee of Nokia brand. This smartphone is first glide in India which is then sold in other countries such as Russia, South Africa, and the US. Now HMD global announces a new variant of Nokia 2 with more upgraded memory capacity.

When first launched, Nokia 2 only has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Now the company presents a new variant with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that is ready for sale first in the Indian market. With increased RAM and internal storage capacity, the performance of the smartphone will increase as well. In addition, the presence of this new variant is also to ensure Nokia 2 is able to compete with other entry-level smartphones, most of which already use 2GB of RAM and 16GB ROM.

Then what is the price of this new variant of Nokia 2? According to reports from Gizchina, 2GB of RAM variant of Nokia 2 is going to go on sale late December in the Indian market at a price of Rs. 7,999.

Then can Nokia 2 compete with its rivals like Xiaomi Redmi 5A? Although still using Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset 212, but this smartphone has advantages in battery capacity reaching 4,100mAh, where the company claims if its use can reach 2 days in a single charge with normal use.
